Return and Refund Policy

At Juje, every formula is blended with intention. We want your ritual to feel right from the first use.

Our Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@shopjuje.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund. No return shipment required.

Returns

Because our products are personal care items, we accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, email support@shopjuje.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Return shipping is complimentary for all eligible U.S. returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time to post the credit to your account.

Ineligible Returns: If a returned item fails inspection because it is opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible for a return under this policy, no refund will be issued. We will notify you via email and provide instructions to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. If return shipping is not arranged or paid within 14 calendar days of notification, the item will be responsibly discarded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Once your pre-order ships, the standard return policy above applies. See our Shipping Policy for estimated ship dates and shipment updates.
