Our Story · Meet Kenni Kaufman

From boardrooms to beauty rituals

I spent over a decade in tech and entertainment boardrooms. Then I built the scalp care ritual I grew up with — one that performs like a treatment and feels like home.

to make more beautiful, more intentional, more alive.

The small, loving act of caring for what matters. We believe scalp care should feel exactly like that — a ritual that performs like a treatment and feels like home.

The Founder

I’ve built teams for the NFL, Warner Bros., and HBO. Nothing in that work pointed toward scalp care. Until it did.

My most formative moments happened long before any boardroom — sitting between my grandmother’s knees on a Sunday afternoon, her hands moving with intention as she oiled my scalp. That ritual taught me what scalp care is supposed to feel like: not clinical, not rushed, but something that feels like home.

Years later, I went looking for that feeling and couldn’t find it. The clinical treatments worked, but smelled like a pharmacy. The luxury products smelled beautiful, but did little for my scalp. The industry had decided you could have results, or you could have a ritual — never both.

You could have results, or you could have luxury — but not both. I refused to accept that trade-off.

So I built Juje: clinically effective botanical formulas, designed to feel and smell luxurious enough that you actually look forward to using them — because consistency is what changes your scalp, and no one stays consistent with something they don’t enjoy.

We lead with fragrance

Scent isn’t an afterthought at Juje — it’s where every formula begins. Your sense of smell is wired straight to memory and emotion, so each product carries its own fragrance, turning a maintenance task into a moment you look forward to.

Botanicals that perform

Clinically effective botanical actives, at concentrations that actually do something. Real, visible results, with none of the harsh, medicinal feel — because efficacy and pleasure were never meant to be a trade-off.

Ritual, not routine

Juje is rooted in the generational ritual of scalp care — the Sunday afternoons, the hands moving with intention. We make space for you to slow down and care for yourself, the whole self.

Welcome to Juje. Welcome home.

A Black-owned, woman-founded house, rooted in the generational ritual of intentional scalp care.
